Temple Care

My schedule is very irregular but busy most of the time. I love God’s Church and try to help wherever He puts me. I enjoyed preaching on God’s Divine Power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness (2 Peter 1:2-11) and am writing 2 books–one of which I hope to have translated and publish in Japanese. The second book is about Holistic Discipleship and one section will be on Temple Care–Physical Health.

I try to get out on my bike at least once a week and sometimes twice. I walk with Mary Jo whenever we can which is a couple of nights a week. We love processing stuff and planning life together as we get the heart rates up. This was my ride this week with 3 friends. We did 72 miles in about 5.5 hours (sandwich break included). I think every Christian should find something they can do, like doing and do it regularly to cut down on medical costs and weight control issues. God takes temple care pretty seriously.

70 miles and the Queen Mary was fun!
